March 2016. A fruit fly captured on the border between China and Vietnam. Is it Bactrocera tuberculela?
A response from Dick Drew, a Pestnet Associate: I have looked through the photos from Dr Tu. The photos are not clear enough for me to provide a positive identification. I would need more information on the thoracic setae and leg colour patterns. Could you please pass this information on. However this is not Bactrocera tuberculata.
