October 2006. Axonopus fissifolius (Carpet grass) importations. A request has been received from an Australian seed company (Southedge Seeds, Queensland Australia) to import seed of Axonopus fissifolius (Carpet grass) into Palau. The two types of grass will be used at the M-dock landfill area as part of the rehabilitation work. Is there a risk?
